Can log into game

Hi
I'm new on this server but im play in Cabal Online for about 5 years on Global sever . I've got a problem . I make new account ,but i cant log into game . I download new patch too . When I try to log into game , i use the same pass and login as on the site . Any ideas , how to fix it ? ^^

And I take the message : "Please restart the game , to receive new update . Please restart the game again" ... but I download the new update and I put the data folder from update to folder with my game .

I try your solutions but i still dont log into game . I receive : "You have failed to connect the server . Please try later . " :/  What I do still wrong ???

Try downloading the whole client and not just the patch.

about the patch you need EP8 cabal files and download the Seal Patch and then extract it in any EP8 Cabal Files

I cant log in now. The game says game will restart to receive the update.. what's wrong?
