Today is 12/06/2013 after update 1day
I try to upgrade a new visor
1st : i upgrade it to +12 : harder before update ( i think i have bad luck )
2nd: i try to up it to +13 : and only fail and fail . 16 times consecutive. lost ~1000ecoin to buy safe guar medium and some enchencore high. ( i think i have very very bad luck ) but i think have problem here.
3rd : i ask some friend in buddy and they have same problem
4th: I hope admin and GM check and fix rate upgrade , im so bored with that (

i try to upgrade 5 times more and only fail ( 21 times fail .....

we all encount the same thing. you are not the only one. i spended 43 safeguards on an item to make it from +13 to +14... so...get used to it.

so it's normal rate upgrade or have problem ?

try to upgrade 10times more. FAIL AND FAIL. NO WAY TO UPGRADE SUSSCE

I have already +13 Item from the SIGMetal Event and have only 5 days left. I thought i was lucky to have it go +13 but cannot go any further. Im trying to enjoy the game as much as possible but having alot of consecutive upgrade failure makes me bored. 

If my case is normal, please take a look at kanboms'. He had spend alot and end up with alot of upgrade failures.

i've just try to upgrade more 5times . FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL FAIL ....THIS IS NOT LUCK OR BAD LUCK, i think have problem with rate upgrade or my item is bug (

I can't believe that the answer of GM is only "get use to it".
