try this
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
open host using notepad..then delete all...DELETE ALL
Now copy this text and put in that notepad..then Save it..
127.0.0.1 localhost
146.185.22.222 xtrap.cabalonline.com.br

it happens to most of p.server and the xtrap server is base on official xtrap server , if i'm not mistaken.

hahaha I can solve the problem.
First ...., most computer users forget when they make use of the user login as an administrator or just user or maybe guest ....!! if just as a user would not be able to anytime ...! because when changing the host file like "mack" said they just click ok / yes without reading it ...!! in fact the file is not saved ...!!! to solve this problem you need to log in as an administrator, here are the steps ..!!!!
C:> windows> system32> drivers> etc> ..... Right click on the folder and uncheck all attributes etc .....!!!!! if you can not change the attributes it mean you don't use an administrator login ...!!! how many times you try it never work ...!!!
